I offer mentoring consultations to guide, nourish and support you as you navigate changes in your authentic life journey of discovery or face certain challenges. These sessions can be in person (Devon) or online over Zoom. Each session or sequence is tailored to your specific needs and gives you a personal toolkit of practices that balance and replenish the whole being; emotional, mental, physical and spiritual combined with the ability to make better choices to empower and evolve.

Often your astrological chart offers up a core starting point for life themes/enquiry and then explorations may include practices of meditation, healing sound, gigong movement with creative arts, experiences in nature and ceremony. The sessions, however, are based on what best benefits YOU!

I have loved the ceremony practices, and am still working with them to gain a deeper connection to them. I love earth and nature so it seems like a natural progression to begin to connect with ceremony to celebrate and bow to the whole of nature.
