Arts Days for Schools
at South Penquite Farm

This is a 80 hectare working hill farm situated high on Bodmin Moor and is a rich natural resource for groups, schools and individuals providing opportunities to interpret the local environment through movement, voice or art. There are ancient woods, a Bronze Age settlement and abundant wildlife. I offer the following courses:

'Global Meets Local - Vocal Explorations' walking on the Moor, listening to sounds in nature, learning chants from different parts of the world and creating new compositions using the voice and percussion.
Tai-chi Movements on the Moor' practising ancient Tai-chi and Chi-Kung movements inspired by a moorland and river environment.
Labyrinth Making' learning about labyrinths, creating designs and making a temporary labyrinth to walk through.
